Author Skype

We had a fun afternoon talking with author Tamra Wight about her story Mystery on Pine Lake. Ms. Wight told us about her life as a writer, "nature geek", teaching assistant and campground owner. She shared pictures of the wildlife that inspired the books and answered lots of questions. She was a warm, friendly presenter. It was a terrific visit!

Our first varsity reader!

CongratulationsThaddeus! He is our first varsity reader of the 2016-17 season, reading all 25 books. Thaddeus spent the summer reading up a storm, and is a terrific resource if you need a book recommendation. Well done!
